testing the knee
as alot of you might not know i hurt my knee last yr which put a damper on a sport i love disc golf. well after a yr of letting the knee heal and wearing a knee brace i finally was able to get a round in that i would consider playable enough to think about going back to tournament play. we will see as that is a jan thought. In othere news went to see bolt last night and this is one movie that a do not miss great movie, wont put spoliers in just go see it slith
